Instructions

1. Put Creme Brulee Powde (30g)/fresh cream (120g) into the pot and stir thoroughly until dissolved
2. Add milk (120 grams) and cook over medium-low heat until boiling and then turn off the heat
(continuous stirring is required during the process)
3. Pour into a container to cool down and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, then take out after solidification.
4. Sprinkle the powdered sugar evenly on the top layer of the pudding, turn the gun to high heat and roast the sugar until it caramelizes. Let it cool to form a layer of crispy caramel, and it is ready to eat.
